Courtyard House where located in Mercer Island, Washington designed by Hutchison & Maul. Courtyard House Decks and patios are carved into the slope to facilitate pedestrian traffic to the site, ensuring natural light at the primary level of the house, and the privacy of neighboring properties. The house consists of two parts: a concrete, the spaces and less valuable, and a volume of driftwood, which contains functions of sleep and family bathroom. The resulting distance between wood and concrete houses sandwiched main salon jack, with large areas of glass offer views over the open house on the lake side connected.
