Beautifull Beach House located in the Main Beach area of Australia’s Gold Coast. The program addresses the limitations by developing a tower house that the house is divided into two parts. The three lower levels are designed for couples with children and has a lounge upstairs room in the center and a lounge for the guests and the community at the opening on the ground in a terrace of private pool. The upper part contains two levels of living and sleeping area for two family members. All levels are connected by stairs and an elevator. A roof terrace offers a common recreation area allows customers to capture some magnificent views.
The integrated form is a response to the program and in developing countries neighbors. The lower base is a sturdy three-story white concrete, while the tip of the composition is a clearer picture of the zinc coating weight from one side of the lower structure, which appears as if about to take off. Modeling external expresses duality in the family composition, but together. How cantilever dynamics is through the design of integrated structures. Designed by BDA Architecture
